CHHUM AVOCATS LAW OFFICE FEES (from April 2nd, 2018):

1) Legal Consultation (meeting of on (1) hour):

100 € HT (before VAT of 20%).

2) Negotiation /Settlement agreement/ Dismissal/ Rupture conventionnelle (Do not include labour law Procedure):

Lump sum fees of 500 € to 700 € (before VAT of 20%) + success fee of 10% to 15% (before VAT of 20%) on sums gained by the employee.

3) Labour law Procedure (Conseil de Prud’hommes or Court of Appel): fix fee + success fee:

Fix fee of 1.200 euros (before VAT of 20%) to 3.000 euros (before VAT of 20%) + success fee of 10 to 15% (before VAT of 20%) on the sums gained by the employee.

4) Others litigations (Cour d'Appel, Tribunal correctionnel, tribunal de grande instance):

A fix fee + success fee are proposed to Clients.

CHHUM AVOCATS LAW OFFICE can also charge on a hourly basis, with a hourly rate of 230 euros (before VAT of 20%).

5) Written fees agreement:

A fees agreement is signed between CHHUM AVOCATS law office and its clients.

6) Possibility to pay in several instalments

The fees can be paid in several instalments if necessary.
